    The telecommunication tasks completed for Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Court is considered as one of the most successful projects of MediKommunikáció. About the organization The Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Court is a business organization which operates independently on the basis of an annual budget. The county court is managed by the president, dr. Péter Sisák who is responsible for the effective operation of the legal organization according to law. He has an administrative control over the county court and the local courts such as Encs, Kazincbarcika Mezőkövesd, Miskolc, Ózd, Sátoraljaújhely, Szerencs, Szikszó, Tiszaújváros. The project The software called Compargo, which separates the offical and private call conversations, has been using for more then ten years at the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Court. The implementation of the software was introduced gradually, first at the county court, later on at other city courts as well. The result was a significantly decrease in phone costs everywhere. According to the county courts' requirements announced in the tender documents for the implementation of a telecommunication service, the service provider considering the specificity of the software must be able to maintain all 10- and 20-year old PBXs at the courts' nine site locations in case of failure. MediKommunikáció, the service provider MediKommunikáció, which core business is based on design, programming, installation, sales, pre- and post-sales support of telecommunicatinons networks, did meet all requirements of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Court. Therefore they have been maintaining for three years the following PBXs operating with Compargo call detail record such as BOSCH I3, BOSCH I3 Duo and BOSCH i5. In order to make it more user-friendly for operators, MediKommunikáció carried out a major software update. As a result the whole system works on Windows now. In addition, they installed the Siemens HiPath 1150 at the city court of Szikszó, which might be followed by the installation of more systems in the future, depending on the financial opportunity of the court. MediKommunikáció seems to be so successful in execution the tasks entrusted over the years that dr. Péter Sisák, the president of the county court called them "a reliable and correct partner".
