Maintenance

Type “A” - BASIC Maintenance Service

This service package includes the following:
  • Technical support: business hours Monday through Friday from 8 to 16 hours by fax, e-mail
  • Troubleshooting: 5x8 hours per week, and on-call system to eliminate a serious error
  • Response time:
    • 4 hours for time critical failures
    • any other time within 24 hours in case of other failures
  • Confirmation of error: within 1 hour of the filing electronically (e-mail) or by phone
As the service does not include the followings, all will be billed (except remote diagnostic test):
  • On-site presence: required for troubleshoot
  • Material requirement: the materials and the devices used in troubleshooting
  • Fees: fees are necessary to eliminate the errors
  • Remote management: fees are necessary to eliminate the errors (we examine the extent of remote diagnosis of faults which is free)
  • Programming: basic changes (name spelling, pickup, boss-secretary, PIN code lock, call forwarding, eligibility)
Type „E” – ADVANCED Maintenance Service
 
This service package includes the following:
  • The same as the basic maintenance service
  • On-site presence: required for troubleshoot
  • Fees: fees are necessary to eliminate the errors
  • Remote management: fees are necessary to eliminate the errors (we examine the extent of remote diagnosis of faults which is free).
  • Material requiement: the service does not include the materials used in troubleshooting, so that will be charged.
  • Programming: the service includes a limited number of basic changes (name spelling, pickup, boss-secretary, PIN code lock, call forwarding, eligibility).
  • Preventive maintenance: once every six months on-site preventive maintenance is performed, during which our staff check the equipment to operate as follows:
    • Monitoring and analysis of fault history
    • Investigating the possibility of an emergency and main-line connections
    • Power control
    • Control system database and save
    • Control the director of the machine and line test
    • Eliminate the errors
  • Version control: upgrade of the free available software version of the telecommunication system during troubleshooting. The service fee does not include what is requested by the client or third party activity in relation to the new version has become necessary to service, as well as any hardware and/or memory upgrade cost.
  • Archiving System: Regular saving of customer data for data built-in storage unit and media
  • System change: The service does not include the capacity to extend or amend the enlargement and/or reprogramming.
Type “T” – FULL-SCALE Maintenance Service
 
This service package includes the following:
  • The same as the basic and the advanced maintenance service
  • Technical support: 0-24 hours by fax, e-mail
  • Material requirement: the materials and devices used in troubleshooting
  • Programming: basic changes (name spelling, pickup, boss-secretary, PIN code lock, call forwarding, eligibility).
  • Preventive maintenance: once every six months on-site preventive maintenance is performed, during which our staff check the equipment to operate as follows:
    • Monitoring and analysis of fault history
    • Investigating the possibility of an emergency and main-line connections
    • Power control
    • Control system database and save
    • Control the director of the machine and line test
    • Eliminate the errors
  • System Management:
    • Preventively monthly
    • Remote diagnosis, monitoring and analysis of the error list
    • Monitoring and backup system database
    • Eliminate the error
  • Version control: upgrade of the free avaliable software version of the telecommunication system during troubleshooting. The service fee does not include what is requested by the client or third party activity in relation to the new version has become necessary to service, as well as any hardware and/or memory upgrade cost.
