On 6 of June, 2012, Siemens-Enterprise has announced the new release of Siemens OpenScape V3R3 and Siemens HiPath V9R2. This release includes enhanced UC clients, expanded IT Integration capabilities and extended Contact Center functionality. OpenScape Office offers the most complete UC offering for small and medium enterprises (SMBs) on the market today, including: voice, conferencing services, web-collaboration including video, presence, mobility, social networking and multi-channel contact center capabilities.

These features combine to help SMBs increase productivity, offer better customer service, and save on communication costs, while delivering to the customers the easiest path to unified communications.

• OpenScape LX, all-in-one software-based UC solution for up to 500 users, designed to run on a single server and featuring UC, IP-telephony software, multisite networking with LX, MX and HX systems and virtualization capabilities.

• OpenScape Office HX, is the UC solution for the SMB communications platform HiPath 3000 and supports up to 500 users, running on a single server or virtualized environments including multisite networking with other HX, MX and LX systems.
